Big Blue est situé à seulement 50 mètres de la plage et propose trois studios spacieux avec cuisines bien équipées ainsi que trois petites chambres à des tarifs exceptionnels – l’occasion parfaite de se réveiller avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Toutes les chambres offrent une vue spectaculaire sur la mer, le Wi-Fi gratuit, la climatisation, une télévision et un parking gratuit. Les trois chambres situées au quatrième étage ont une entrée par un espace commun. De plus, un magnifique jardin avec une atmosphère agréable et une superbe vue est à disposition.
Les studios :
🔹 Ocean Grand Studio (50 m², max. 4 personnes)
Offre un séjour confortable avec des matelas neufs, une cuisine bien équipée et un balcon privé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Ce studio est situé au deuxième étage et est accessible uniquement par un escalier.
🔹 Horizon Big Studio (40 m², max. 3 personnes)
Dispose de matelas neufs, d’une cuisine bien équipée et d’un balcon privé avec une vue impressionnante sur la mer. Situé au deuxième étage, il est accessible uniquement par un escalier.
🔹 Earth Big Studio (30 m², max. 2 personnes)
Offre des matelas neufs, une cuisine bien équipée ainsi qu’une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le jardin et la mer.
🔹 Sun Small Studio (18 m², max. 2 personnes)
Dispose de matelas neufs, d’une kitchenette fonctionnelle et d’un balcon semi-privé offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Ce studio est situé au quatrième étage, mais il est facilement accessible via notre deuxième parking, avec seulement un étage à monter.

Offre des matelas neufs, une petite kitchenette (idéale pour préparer le petit-déjeuner ou un repas léger) et un balcon semi-privé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Cette chambre est située au quatrième étage, mais elle est également accessible via notre deuxième parking, avec seulement un étage à monter.
🔹 Breeze Small Room (12 m², idéale pour 1 personne, max. 2 personnes)
Dispose de matelas neufs, d’une kitchenette compacte (parfaite pour le petit-déjeuner ou un repas léger) et d’un balcon semi-privé avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Située au quatrième étage, elle est facilement accessible via notre deuxième parking, avec seulement un étage à monter.

Terms & Conditions
*The minimal rentalperiod is 4 days and daily arrivals are possible. Normally you can enter the apartment around 13.00, check-out is at 11 o’ clock.
*After receiving the deposit we’ll send you the voucher of the accommodation and a route description.
*About a week before departure, we need to have contact again about your flightschedule.
*Be aware of a cancellation-, and travelinsurance.
* At arrival you have to pay the remaining amount to the representative. With him/her you can also arrange other things like airconditioning or hiring a safe.
The rules of the Greek Tourism Association (EOT) count for cancelling the arrangement.
If you cancel 21 days or more before arrival, the renter is allowed to keep your deposit.
If you cancel your arrangement less than 21 days before arrival, the main applicant has to pay 50% of the total sum. If you cancel a day before, at the day or a day after your actual arrival, the main applicant has to pay 100% of the total sum. You can arrange a cancellation insurance for this.
The published price is based on the prices, exchange rates, levies and taxes as they were known at the time of publication. We reserve the right , even with already entered agreements to 20 days before departure , to increase the rent due to increases in the prices mentioned above. We will explain how and why the increase was calculated.
If, after the conclusion of the travel contract the fare increase , the passenger has the right to cancel the contract with entitlement to a refund of amounts paid , but only within 4 days after receiving the notification
